Supporting institutional modernization in a multilateral development bank

Challenge
The bank was undergoing a process of institutional modernization and needed to strengthen internal alignment, update policies and procedures, and improve how strategy and performance were tracked across departments.

What we did
Contributed to an institutional reorganization process focused on reviewing internal policies, operational procedures, and project follow-up systems. As part of this work, supported the design of one of the bank’s early Balanced Scorecards, helping align strategic goals with performance indicators, management dashboards, and follow-up mechanisms across departments.

Impact
Helped strengthen the bank’s internal performance culture by improving strategic alignment, management visibility, and the use of metrics to track institutional efficiency, financial performance, and development results.
