Challenge
A mission-driven organization working on conservation and local development needed stronger project design, monitoring, and management capabilities to deliver increasingly complex programmes and engage with international funding standards.

What we did
Led the design and implementation of projects supported by international cooperation partners, strengthening the organization’s ability to work with theories of change, results frameworks, indicators, baselines, monitoring systems, and structured reporting. This included integrating environmental, social, governance, and community-capacity dimensions into project design and delivery.

Impact
Helped consolidate the foundation’s capacity to manage complex programmes with greater structure, accountability, and strategic clarity, while linking conservation goals with local development, institutional strengthening, and community engagement.
