Overview:
The Guidelines for a Comprehensive Data Strategy for Sant Boi project supported the City Council of Sant Boi in developing the strategic foundations for its Municipal Data Office. The consultancy designed the framework for a comprehensive data policy aimed at improving data governance, enabling data-driven decision-making, and fostering citizen engagement. The process included research on best practices, ecosystem mapping, and the creation of a governance model aligned with European data strategies and digital rights principles.

DŌ’s Role:
Project design and execution, including research and benchmarking, stakeholder mapping, and the design of the governance model and implementation roadmap. DŌ guided the municipality in defining a responsible, citizen-centered data strategy to strengthen innovation and transparency.
