Challenge
Public institutions, multilateral organizations, and companies were facing increasingly complex challenges that required new ways of working, stronger use of data, and more effective innovation processes.

What we did
Led the consultancy and research practice, overseeing strategy, operations, and the delivery of innovation and digital transformation projects for public administrations, multilateral organizations, and private sector clients. This included designing innovation strategies, digital transformation policies, data-driven projects, and evaluation frameworks, as well as developing governance and participation models grounded in evidence.
